Payment Terms & Conditions
50% Deposit required at time of booking, balance due on arrival.
This payment once charged is NOT refundable if your stay is
cancelled or shortened for ANY reason but you may transfer your
arrival date to another time only 1 transfer date allowed--
You MUST give 30 days notice or Forfeit your deposit.
Should you cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival
full accommodation rate is charged

Cleaning fee of $12.50 per person per Stay applies to all bookings
please pay this amount by cash on the day of arrival.
In addition ----Should any breakage occur or if your Suite
is left in a Filthy and Smoky condition you will be charged
an additional $100 cleaning fee.
as this is a NON SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT IN DOORS
Should you require your Suite Serviced Daily add $30 per day
to all listed Tariffs
Please ask for this when making a Reservation--
LATE CHECK OUT FEE $50 per hour or any part of that hour
unless prior arrangements hav e been made.
By making a booking it is understood that you accept this policy.
RECEPTION HOURS 9am to 8pm weekdays
FRIDAYS --HOLIDAYS or WEEKENDS (Fri & Sat
or Sat & Sun) 9am --10pm.

Should you require a Massage in your Suite during your
stay ask me when making a booking I will make
arrangements with the Masseuse then you can pay
her on the day--
Massages from $85 per hour per person.
If you cancel the Masseuse for any
reason after making the booking
you will be charged a
Cancellation fee of $30 per booking.
For Bookings of 7 or more nights your Suites will be
Services half way during your stay FREE of charge.
