In Suite Massages
Should you require a Massage in your Suite during your stay
ask me when making a booking I will make arrangements
with the Masseuse then you can pay her on the day -
Massages from $85 per hour per person.
If you cancel the Masseuse for any reason after making
the booking you will be charged a
Cancellation fee of $30 per booking.
Late Checkout Fee
There is a late checkout fee of $50 per hour or
any part of that hour unless prior arrangements
have been made with management.
By making a booking it is understood
that you accept this policy.
Payment Terms & Conditions
50% Deposit is required at time of booking,
balance due on day of arrival.
This payment once charged is NOT refundable if your stay
is cancelled or shortened for ANY reason--- but you may
transfer your arrival date to another time.
30 days notice must be given--- only 1 transfer date allowed.
Should you cancel your booking within 30 days
of arrival full accommodation rate is charged.

In addition ----If you leave your Spa Suite in a CLEAN
ie: ( making sure your Spa bath is empty on departure
with dirty towels left in the empty bath ) TIDY
and SMOKE FREE condition
you WILL NOT be charged the additional
$100 cleaning fee, as this is a
NON SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT IN DOORS.
Should you require your Suite Serviced Daily
add $30 per day to all listed Tariffs.
